    UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- Penn States student music festival, Movin On, will be held on Friday, April 26 at the Park Avenue. IM Fields, located along N. University Drive between Park Avenue and Services Road. Please see below for parking information and impacts to traffic and transit in the area. Parking Movin On parking will only be available at the following locations: - Stadium West - $10 day-of-event fee paid upon entry to the lot - Penn State parking permits also valid - Overnight parking between 2 a.m. - 4 a.m. at this lot and other Commuter lots is not permitted - East Deck - $1 per hour ($12 daily maximum) - Penn State University Park parking permits also valid after 4 p.m. Friday - Those in need of overnight parking should park at East Deck - Note: There will be a $40 event rate in place on Saturday for the Luke Combs concert. To ensure everyones safety, Movin On attendees are urged to cross Park Avenue using the crosswalks at the University Drive and Bigler Road intersections. Movin’ On parking will be prohibited at all parking lots north of Park Avenue near the IM Fields. Road closures A section of Park Avenue will be closed on Friday to ensure Movin’ On attendees can cross from parking areas to the concert area.

    Please see below for more information on all event-related road closures: - Park Avenue (Friday, April 26) - Closed between Bigler Road and University Drive. - Closure begins around 5:30 p.m. and will continue until all pedestrians have crossed the street following the end of the event - University Drive (Friday, April 26) - Closed between Park Avenue and Services Road. - Closure begins around 5 p.m. and will continue until all pedestrians have crossed the street following the end of the event. - Services Road (Thursday, April 25 – Saturday, April 27) - Closed between Big Hollow Road and University Drive. - Closure begins at 12:01 a.m. Thursday through 8 a.m. Saturday. - Access to the Orange parking area near Procurement Services will be available only from the entrance on Big Hollow Road. Parking for Penn State softball Due to Movin On and the Park Avenue closure, access to Yellow H parking will only be available from the Curtin Road entrance. Exiting may change through the evening, please follow the signs and personnel. Traffic delays expected, campus shuttle service ending early With heavy traffic expected in these areas on Friday, drivers are urged to use caution and to allow extra time to reach their destinations.

    The Campus Shuttle via Beaver Avenue will end service at 5 p.m. Friday, and the Campus Shuttle via College Avenue will end service at 5:30 p.m. For real-time Campus Shuttle information and arrival predictions, check the Penn State GO app. Map and contact information Visit Penn States interactive map to view the available parking areas and road closures mentioned above.
